🚀 Hello, Seekers!

January and February was a great reset for me, and each Winter honestly gets better. I’m not trying to prove myself to others so much, but build on who I am and who I want to become.

I kept quiet, made my short lists of things to complete and spent more time being present with my husband and girls. Just enjoying what is. (That is hard in and of itself if you are stuck in trying to fix the past.) But if you allow it and just sit with it, focus on each breath, each moment gets richer and more full.

To you: How have YOU been doing? What did you focus on for January? What have you let go of? What do you want to bring into your life? Where are you stuck? What is unresolved and still grabs your attention?

I have often found that I get stuck for a variety of reasons. Notice if any of these are familiar.

  1. I get overwhelmed by the amount on my list.

  2. I feel I don’t have time to do it all.

  3. I don’t know where to go for help.

  4. My emotions keep me in paralysis. (Your fear stops action and creation.)

  5. My paralysis stops me from making any. progress. at. all.

    1. (then guilt and shame sets in.)

Sound familiar? And frustrating?

I get it! SERIOUSLY, I get it. Sometimes, it’s a one foot in front of the other, where am I going again? sort of day. But, then I use my tools and reset.

But I have some solutions for you and I’d like you to watch this short video to help you break through the familiar patterns and get moving again and tackling and getting through what you need to do.

And to help you further, download this 2024 GOALS PDF to help you get all your goals and obstacles on paper. Just writing your goals, beliefs and obstacles down will free your mind and emotions, so you can get into action and not stay in the “deer in the headlights” experience! It will calm your parasympathetic nervous system because once it’s all on paper, it’s “out there” and not in here, where it doesn’t have a size or shape, it’s just big and scary! When we quantify and put a name to things, then the brain can be freed to create the “how” you are going to get it done.

This newsletter is evolving and expanding to be more useful to you. I will be sending out a newsletter once a week on Thursday evenings.

First of the month: Lift-off! focuses on Positivity and Direct Action Steps to accomplish something in your life.

Second of the month: Uplift! Will focus on the ways to have and create better relationships.

Third of the month: Musings. This will take a more spiritual slant and philosophical approach to a subject. Some powerful client stories will no doubt be shared here.

Fourth of the month: Lessons. A step-by-step guide to help you through a struggle that was discussed the week before.
